Arbor Pay

To streamline and simplify our school systems, Lift New Forest has moved its payment system to Arbor Pay as of September 2026. Arbor Pay should now be used for all school payments, including payments for school meals.

How to add money to your child’s account
  1. Log in to the Arbor App.
  2. Select your child.
  3. Tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom menu to open the quick actions.
  4. Select Payments, or go directly to Accounts > Meals.
  5. Select Top Up Account and enter the amount you would like to add.
  6. Choose Pay Now or Add to Basket.
  7. Complete the checkout securely using a debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

A receipt will be sent to your registered email address once the payment has been completed.

Free school meals

Students entitled to free school meals do not need to pay for meals within their daily allowance. If a student spends more than this allowance, their account will need to be topped up.

Please be aware that any unused daily allowance does not carry over to the following day.

Existing ParentPay balances

Any remaining balance held in ParentPay accounts will have been transferred automatically to Arbor Pay as part of the migration process.
