We are proud to share some fantastic photos of the amazingwork produced by our Year 10 students in their recent cookinglessons. Both classes have shown outstanding focus,enthusiasm, and dedication, excelling in some high-skill practicalsessions.
Students successfully mastered the art of making homemadeprofiteroles, creating light choux pastry and smooth fillings, aswell as preparing delicious tacos with their own homemadetortilla wraps. These dishes showcased not only their technicalability but also their creativity and attention to detail.
Their commitment and positive attitude in lessons continue toshine through, and it is wonderful to see such high standardsbeing achieved. Well done to all involved for their hard work andimpressive culinary skills; the results certainly look good enoughto eat!
